Outdoor FSC Training at UCT Academies
Since we are in Lock-down (the iQ one) we organise, when then the weather permits, regularly Functional Strength & Conditioning training at our Academies.
The training usually consists of strength and conditioning in which we use calisthenics, Kettle Bells, Monkey bar and Clubbell training. We follow our Micro Component idea's in this. A wonderfull way to get back in shape in general but defenitely to be fully prepared when we start getting back to contact training!
